Cash Redemption

Please complete the form below if you would like to receive a Standard Bank Check for your Rewards Points.

In order to receive a cash check please fill out the information below and verify that you are authorized to make this request on behalf of your company. Your check will not be processed without completing all information below. To the extent required by law, Participants will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of points redeemed for a cash check. Checks can only be made out to the company name. Rain Bird Cash Checks have minimum redemption amount of 500 points or $18.75.
