DAVID BEHRMANN JOINS RAIN BIRD GOLF
AS GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER

TUCSON, Ariz., (February 22, 2007) - Rain Bird recently announced the addition of David Behrmann as the global marketing manager for its Golf business unit.  In this position, Behrmann is responsible for developing strategic and operational direction for Rain Bird Golf's expanding business.  He will also be responsible for further establishing and directing the marketing activities for several of Rain Bird Golf's product brands.

Prior to joining Rain Bird, Behrmann was with Intel Corporation, the world leader in silicon innovation, for over 20 years.  At Intel, he served in a variety of roles encompassing business and market development, product marketing, marketing communications and channel development.  Most recently, Behrmann was the global marketing director in Intel's Software and Solutions Group.

Behrmann received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Southern Colorado, and an MBA from Washington State University.  Behrmann will be based at Rain Bird's office in Tucson, Ariz.
