Draw a plan of your property on the graph paper provided. Show all patios, decks, walkways, sheds, driveways, etc. Identify fences, walls and planters. Indicate areas like lawn, trees, shrubs, flower beds and garden plots. Draw a box on your plan to show the location of your water meter or pump (if no meter, use it to indicate location of tie-in to main service line). Mark an X where you would like to locate your valve manifolds. Draw a circle inside a building, near an electrical outlet where you would like your timer(s). Drawings will only be accepted on Graph Paper provided; please do not send Blue Prints or Other Plans.

Complete the entire form. (Incomplete forms will be returned for the missing information)
• Scale of Drawing (Max Lot Size— 240’x300’ using 1”=30’) : 1” = 10’ 1” = 20’ 1” = 30’ (Must be drawn to one of these scales and do not exceed lot size).
• Flow Test: Gallons Per Minute. If less than 7 GPM or more than 24 GPM, please re-test water flow.

OPTION 3 $49.95 RAPID RESPONSE: ($29.95 refundable fee, with proof of purchase of any Rain Bird product): Includes the above package express shipped within 3 business days. NO P.O. BOXES PLEASE. Designs received after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.

TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND:
ENCLOSE a copy of the receipt that shows the purchase of any Rain Bird product (circled) with your refund submission form (included in your completed design) and mail to:
