Our manufacturing and quality organizations use the latest lean and six-sigma principles to support our automated production, electronics manufacturing, molding, and extrusion operations. Whether using the design of experiments (DOE) to optimize a process, or lean principles to eliminate waste, we are continuously improving. We use polymer science and DOE to optimize our extrusion lines, scientific molding techniques to maximize process control, and TAKT time to balance lines, and reduce waste.
We employ advanced quality control and assurance, high volume output utilizing automation, and electronic controls.
