How has working for Rain Bird benefited your career growth?
I have worked with several divisions with Rain Bird (CP, Commercial, Golf) giving me a broad exposure to different markets. I wear many hats, allowing me to experience different areas of the company (i.e. marketing, sales, product development, manufacturing, molding, finance, etc)
What are the most important traits to be successful at Rain Bird?
Self starting, embrace change, be willing to get your hands dirty, ability to make quick decisive decisions.
What are your future goals/career path at Rain Bird?
I would like to continue to learn more about aspects outside of engineering and manufacturing such as Sales, Marketing, and General Business Operations with in Rain Bird.
