Rain Bird operates a 40,000+ square foot Product Research Center located in Tucson, Arizona with auxiliary testing facilities in the U.S., Europe and Mexico to ensure the highest quality products.  We test and validate over 20,000 products annually through rigorous product qualification processes.  New designs typically undergo approximately 20,000 hours of testing before release.
